Papers must be submitted to the Western District Technical Committee Chair by April 1.
PAPER SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS
The paper submittal requirements are as follows:
- Maximum 8 pages including all figures, tables, etc.
- Min font size – 11 point
- Min 0.8” margins
- Must be submitted in pdf version
- Must include paper title, abstract, names of authors and their employers
Use the papers published in the ITE Journal as a guide to how the paper should be organized, the ratio of text to non-text elements (figures, charts, graphs, tables, etc.), and length. Paper submittals must be received by the due dates listed above for award consideration.
Submission Information:
- Papers submitted after the deadline dates listed above will not be eligible for an award, but will still be included in the Technical Compendia | ITE Western District if submitted before May 1st.
- Fill out the ITE Western District Transfer of Copyright Agreement form. If you have multiple authors, each must sign a form.

- Use the following file naming convention to help us keep track of the submissions:
- Paper: AuthorLastName_Paper_Topic.pdf (Example: Smith_Paper_LongBeach-Safety-Program.pdf)
