Established in 1986, the purpose of the Student Chapter Annual Report Award is to encourage student chapters to achieve the objectives set forth by the Student Chapter Charter. This award was renamed the Student Chapter Award in 2020 and is designed to encourage ITE student chapters to participate in activities that are in alignment with the purpose and objectives of ITE. This includes demonstrating a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through chapter activities, policies, and initiatives.
The winning student chapter receives a certificate and $1,000 for travel to the Western District Annual Meeting. The District will submit the winning report for consideration in the ITE International competition.

- Deadline: Submittals due March 1st to the Student Funding & Initiatives Committee Chair
- Winners prior to 2020 reflect the Western District boundary prior to the creation of the Rocky Mountain District.
