ITE Guide to SB 743
While there are many documents available that provide information on SB 743, the ITE Guide is written specifically for ITE members who will be preparing transportation studies under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) using the new VMT performance measure. It may be particularly useful to ITE members conducting VMT analyses in areas where specific regional or local guidelines have not been prepared.
The ITE California SB 743 Task Force is a joint task force of the seven ITE Sections within California.
