By now you should have received the e-mail from our Phoenix Local Arrangements Committee announcing the ITE Western District Annual Meeting, to be held Sunday July 14 to Wednesday July 17, 2013 at the Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix.  Activities actually begin a day earlier when we hold our MiteY Race event. This is a popular event for families and friends, and it’s an important fundraiser for our District’s Student Endowment Fund. Don’t worry, we took the weather into account so that much of the race will take place indoors. Hotel reservations at the Arizona Biltmore have begun. Consider making a real vacation out of your trip and reserve now for popular places like the Grand Canyon. It’ll be peak season. There are some rooms left south of the park, and campgrounds are available, but that won’t last long.
