Emotional intelligence is the ability to recognize, understand, and manage emotions effectively. Emotional intelligence is founded on five components (self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills) and can provide significant benefits for your development as a professional and leader. Our goal with this webinar is to provide an opportunity for ITE and transportation professional leaders to explore this important topic. Join our panel as they discuss the following questions and share their experiences:

  • What is emotional intelligence?
  • Why is emotional intelligence important?
  • How can you improve your emotional intelligence?
