This year’s MiteY Mentorship fall event focused on the project lifecycle and the different roles policymakers, analysts, and engineers play in project delivery. Special thanks to our guest speakers Katie Kuciemba Halse (City of Belleveue), Wendy Taylor (HNTB), Ravi Narayanan (Mott MacDonald), and Joshua McNeill (Iteris) who provided a broad overview of the major project lifecycle phases, as well as the associated skills, types of professionals, and interests for each phase. We hope that this session can be a resource to help our younger members understand the various potential career paths based on the project lifecycle.
