The virtual Western District Family Night Event will be held on Friday July 23rd at 5:30 PM Pacific following our Awards Session. This year, our Family Night event will be held on Gatherly which is an online platform that allows for more spontaneous, engaging social events. We have “Five Floors of Fun” planned for our event which includes a Leadership Discussion, Networking Lounge, Young Member Social, MiteY Race, and Traffic Bowl.  Visit our website to learn more and register! Many of you may be new to Gatherly so our Young Member Social planning group led by Sophia Tan (UCLA) has put together a quick video tutorial so you know what to expect and some tips for navigating the platform:

  • Watch our 5 minute tutorial on how to use Gatherly for our event.
  • Use Chrome as your browser. Gatherly runs in other browsers, but works best in Chrome.
  • Some firewalls may block Gatherly. Visit check.gatherly.io to test out their site.
