MiteY Mentorship Program
Fall Event – Your Role in the Project Lifecycle

The MiteY Mentorship program is a community-based mentoring program that is intended to provide consistent support and guidance for our young members.  We will be hosting quarterly events that will bring together our mentors and mentees for networking and career guidance opportunities.

Our Fall event focuses on the project lifecycle from inception to delivery. A panel discussion will explain the different phases of a transportation project and which skills and staff come into play for each phase. The discussion will provide an overview of the different roles policymakers, planners, analysts, and engineers play in project delivery and how young professionals can identify and excel in their area of interest. Questions from mentees will be encouraged in this interactive session.

We invite you to join us on Zoom to meet our wonderful mentors and join us for these small group events. Anyone interested is welcome to join us whether or not you have signed up for our program. There will be opportunities to join the program during the event.
