As mentioned in last month’s E-newsletter, the Western District is conducting an effort to improve communication with its members. Through this effort, it became evident that District materials were not immediately recognizable to members, as we have no unique logo or standard graphics scheme that separates us from ITE Headquarters.
Therefore, the District is now requesting proposals for the development of a logo and branding scheme. Both items are to reflect the purpose, goals, and geographic location of the Western District while providing a unified appearance for all materials produced. Key submittal components including content, format and delivery requirements will be provided on our website in the coming weeks. All proposals are due by 5:00pm PST on January 6, 2014. A sub-committee of Western District officers and committee chairs will review and select the winning proposal. The selected company or individual will receive one year of complementary advertising on all of the Western District’s communication media. You may download the RFP here. Questions may be directed to Alyssa Reynolds, Western District Communications Taskforce Chair.
