Dalene Whitlock’s three-year term representing the Western District on ITE’s Board of Direction ends December 31st. Dalene, a principal engineer at Whitlock & Weinberger Transportation, Inc. (W-Trans), was elected as District Secretary-Treasurer in 2004, and served as our President in 2006-2007. Somehow during this span of 8 1/2 years she also managed to serve as treasurer for the San Francisco Bay Section’s hosting of the 2010 Western District Annual Meeting. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Dalene for her dedicated service to the District.
