UC Berkeley hosts the 14th Annual Student Leadership Summit

Cal ITE at UC Berkeley is honored to be hosting the 14th Annual Student Leadership Summit! This three-day conference will offer students opportunities to develop technical skills, enhance career readiness, and expand their networks within the ITE community.

The team is excited to highlight the Bay Area’s innovative transportation systems and vibrant professional community. The region is served by nearly 30 transit agencies including BART, Caltrain, and regional ferries, and is home to major transportation hubs like the Port of Oakland and three international airports. It also collaborates with leading transportation research centers such as the Richmond Field Station and SafeTREC, ultimately creating a uniquely connected experience for the region.

UC Berkeley’s ITE Chapter, comprised of transportation enthusiasts eager to learn more and start careers in transportation fields. The group has grown to 70 active members, reflecting their commitment to providing a wide range of transportation-related programming, of which they are so excited to expand to a broader audience.
