All the leaves are brown and the sky is grey. Now that spring is around the corner, longer days and baseball come to mind for some. For others, it’s a time for renewal and perhaps California dreaming. So how can ITE help in this area? Well, the ITE Western District Annual Meeting is designed for you to renew your professional skills, knowledge, networking, and commitment to professional development. The Annual Meeting is all about helping you further your career. Check out the photo here to see if you were at last year’s Annual Meeting.
This year we are returning to California for the first time since 2012, with San Diego hosting the Annual Meeting from June 17-21, 2017. We have made it affordable to attend for one day, two days or the entire conference. San Diego is easily accessible for many of our members, whether by car, train, or a short flight. After recent rains it may even be reached by a kayak trip through California. We are offering special rates for first time attendees, a robust technical program with an added workshop, a full vendor exhibit, opportunities for networking with clients and teaming partners, plus meals and family activities.
So whether you regularly attend, or haven’t been to an Annual Meeting in a while, or maybe even ever, we want you to come to San Diego! Every Western District member will find it worthwhile. You will benefit personally and professionally, and your employer will also benefit from the knowledge and skills you bring back to the office. Registration is open and hotels rooms are already being booked. See LAC Chair Joe De La Garza’s article for more info.
