Formats and Requirements

If you would like to leverage web traffic for your business, WesternITE sponsorships and other forms of advertisements available. The following are the details and format requirements for our advertising.


Jobs Available advertisements are posted to the WesternITE website’s “Jobs” page.  Ads will be displayed for 60 days on WesternITE jobs page.  Ads must be transmitted via website downloading prompts or e-mail only, within the email text or in Word format. If you would like your logo posted, please include it in .jpg format. Logos will be resized to fit pre-sized pages.


Would you like to be the sponsor of one of our monthly digital ENews letters that reaches all of our WesternITE members? As the official sponsor of a monthly newsletter, one full-page letter color advertisement is dedicated for your company. The advertisement must be 8.5” x 11” in .jpg or .pdf format, supplied by you.


Products & Services Directory (PSD) advertisements are displayed on the website’s “Products & Services Directory” page for a year-long term. A link to your company website within your listing, and display of your company logo, is included.  Please provide your logo in .jpg format, and a web address, when contacting our Advertising Manager. Text to accompany the PSD should be approximately 25-40 words in length, which will be shown in 6 lines of text for Spring and Fall issues of WesternITE.


No advertising is posted until payment is received. Payment by credit card is preferred through our PayPal payment portal.  For more information, please contact our Advertising Manager.

Web postings typically take one to three business days to post.
